First off, I’d like to thank everyone that came out to support me and Javier at the Art Walk yesterday. Our tent was located in the alley just across the street from the restaurant Casa Moreno and everyone there immediately made us feel at home. We met a lot amazing artists and art lovers and are really looking forward to the next one.
During the event we had a contest via my Facebook page where we offered the first 3 people that came up to our booth and said the words ‘Bow-ties are cool‘ (yup, that’s a ‘Doctor Who’ reference) a free 8.5″ x 11″ print of their choice! Although only 1 person claimed the prize this time, we hope that all three get claimed next time around. 🙂 Congratulations and big thanks to Melissa for playing our little game (she also happened to choose one of my favorite prints)!

Alright, so I know there wasn’t much information provided (by me) prior to the Art Walk, I know, my fault. In general it happens the first Saturday of every month in Downtown Covina on Citrus Ave just north of Badillo Ave. I’ll definitely post more information and put up a reminder prior to the next one and we’ll also have a few more giveaways when that one comes up.
